Retaining Ring or Eyepiece Assembly Adapter The eyecup retaining ring threads into the standard PVS-14 eyepiece assembly and is used to attach the standard PVS-14 rubber eyecup or shuttered eye guard. The rubber eyecup press fits and attaches to the lip of the eyecup retaining ring.
