Description And features

AGM Python is a 24-hour non-cooled, longwave infrared thermal imaging sight, without having to remove the scope from the weapon. The sight case is manufactured of aviation high-quality aluminum alloy, which makes it lightweight, but stable against high kickback tendency at the same time. The waterproof construction of AGM Python provides superior characteristics even in harsh weather and ambient circumstances. It has many versions that allow the user to select from a variety of germanium lenses (25mm, 50mm or 75mm) and FLIR Tau 2 detectors (336x256 or 640x512), giving the operator the best possible response to the challenges he or she is dealing with. The convenient Python frontend, handy and ergonomical keys combined with the cordless remote control make it incredibly easy to adapt and use the device. The Python features a multitude of color and grid patterns, variable image brightness and contrast, internal menus and digital zoom. As an option, the device can be upgraded with a WiFi module, or with an outside video recorder or display. For long-term operation, any available rechargeable battery can be plugged into the micro-USB port, significantly extending the working life of the battery.
